3.岗位职责:
(1) 开发用于薄膜合成与表征、器件(纳米)制备、低温磁化与输运测量的创新技术;
(2) 合成并研究非常规超导体、二维量子材料及强关联电子材料;
(3) 通过对新型人工亚稳材料的原子层级工程及界面超导性研究,探索和发现性能更优的超导体;
(4) 研究超导异质结构、约瑟夫森结、超导量子干涉器件(SQUID)、纳米线及其阵列;
(5) 数据分析、撰写并发表高影响力研究成果,参加学术会议进行展示;
(6) 与国内外领先研究团队开展广泛合作。
4.任职资格:
具有凝聚态物理博士学位,具备高真空技术、低温技术、电子学、输运与磁性测量等方面的扎实背景。有分子束外延(MBE)设备使用与材料合成经验者优先考虑。鉴于岗位的特殊性,优先录用中英文流利的双语候选人。
5.聘任详情:

Shanghai Advanced Research in Physical Sciences (SHARPS) was established in January 2022 under the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM). Our mission is to build a world-leading research institute of conducting breakthrough research of materials under extreme conditions. Recruiting top talents from both domestic and international researchers is one of our top goals. We have attracted many top-notch scientists from China, the United States, Italy, Germany, Canada and Serbia since 2022. In 2023 SHARPS applied and was approved by Shanghai Municipal People's Government to establish a Shanghai Key Laboratory of Material Frontiers Research in Extreme Environments (MFree) and Academician Workstation to provide additional platforms and resources for our scientists. A resident unit of Innovation and Praxis Base for Post-doctors in Pudong New District, Shanghai is also set up in 2024 to assist postdoctoral researcher in research and career development.
3.The project involves:
(i) developing innovative techniques for thin film synthesis and characterization, device (nano) fabrication, cryogenic magnetization and transport measurements;
(ii) synthesis and study of unconventional superconductors, 2D quantum materials, and strongly correlated electron materials;
(iii) the attempts to discover new and superior superconductors, leveraging atomic-layer-by layer engineering of novel artificial metastable materials and interface superconductivity;
(iv) studies of superconducting heterostructures, Josephson junctions, SQUIDS, nanowires, and their arrays;
(v) analyzing the data, publishing high-impact results and presenting them at conferences;
(vi) collaborating extensively with other leading research groups at SHARPS, elsewhere in China, and abroad.
4.Required qualifications:
The candidate should have a PhD in condensed matter physics, with strong background in high vacuum, cryogenics, electronics, transport and magnetic measurements. Experience with MBE equipment and synthesis would be a bonus. Given the specificity of this position, preference will be given to bilingual candidates, fluent in both English and Chinese.
5.Appointment Details:
This is a full-time position, 2 years initially, renewable. Base salary: RMB 270,000 per year (pre-tax, per person), Living allowance: RMB 100,000 per year (Can be applied for after project approval; for up to 2 years), Social insurance are provided.
