7月20日-21日，微信和支付宝两大支付机构相继发布消息，完成对国际银行卡用户服务的全面升级。境外用户使用微信或支付宝绑定外卡后，也可以使用扫码与被扫码等多种移动支付方式，享受购物、打车、坐地铁、游览景区等各种便捷服务，真正感受“一部手机游中国”的便利。

Tencent Holdings announced on July 20 that it will fully open Weixin Pay to international card organizations like Mastercard, Visa, JCB and Discover Global Network, so as to further improve overseas users' digital payment experience in China.

According to Alipay, travelers with only international bank cards and non-local phone numbers can use the Alipay app to make payments at the tens of millions of Alipay merchants across the country. Overseas tourists are able to experience mobile payment in various scenarios, including dining, transportation, shopping and tourist attractions.
