关于临时调整上海市市级外国人来华工作许可业务受理窗口的通知
为配合本市疫情防控相关工作，从即日（3月17日）起，上海市市级外国人来华工作许可现场接待服务调整至徐汇区行政服务中心（徐汇区漕河泾街道南宁路999号2号楼2楼13号窗口），上海市外国人工作居留单一窗口（浦东新区民生路1500号三楼17—19号窗口）暂停现场接待服务。建议近期非紧急业务暂缓前往窗口办理，申请人可通过致电12345咨询，8008205114(固话)，4008205114（手机）、微信公众号（“外国人才在上海”）和网站（http://www.sgst.cn/foreign）等多种线上形式查阅办事指南电子书、咨询业务办理内容和相关政策。上海市科技政务服务中心中山西路受理点、上海市外国人工作居留单一窗口民生路受理点恢复时间另行通知。给您带来的不便，敬请谅解。

Interim Change Notice: Municipal Window Reception of Foreigner’s Work Permit in Shanghai 

In response to recent updates of COVID-19, from March 17 (including), Thursday, the municipal window reception of foreigner’s work permit in Shanghai will be transferred to Xuhui District Administrative Service Center, specifically at Window 13 2/F Building 2 999 Nanning Road Xuhui District, and the single window for foreigners’ work permit and residence permit, specifically windows 17-19 3/F 1500 Minsheng Road Pudong New Area, will be closed.

It is highly suggested that, amid the epidemic, the offline business should be postponed unless it’s urgent. Applicants can turn to 12345, 8008205114 (landline), 4008205114 (mobile phone), official WeChat (ForeignTalentsInSH), the website (http://www.sgst.cn/foreign) and other online channels for multi-language e-books of Guide to Issues Regarding Foreigner’s Work in Shanghai, consulting business and related policies.

The reopening date of reception window of Shanghai Science and Technology Administrative Service Center on West Zhongshan Road Xuhui District, and that of single window for foreigners’ work permit and residence permit on Minsheng Road Pudong New Area will be announced separately.
