“外国人工作、居留许可单一窗口”线上预约办理由市公安局出入境管理局与市科学技术委员会（市外国专家局）联合打造，在2019年开通该项业务线下办理的基础上，进一步让企业和群众高效办成“一件事”，快随小编一起来看看！

Co-released by the Exit-Entry Administration of Shanghai Public Security Bureau and the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (Shanghai Municipal Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs), the Single Window for Foreigners’ Work Permit and Residence Permit is available online for institutional and individual applicants to complete one thing more efficiently based on its offline presence opened to the public in 2019. 功能介绍

Introduction:

对于符合 A 类工作许可申请条件的外国高端人才首次在沪申请工作许可、居留许可的，可通过“一网通办”平台线上填报相关信息，上传办事材料同步提交两部门业务的预审。预审通过后，可选择相应的时间、地点预约至线下的“单一窗口”同步递交两项业务的正式申请。审批通过后，可同时获取“外国人工作许可证”和“外国人工作类居留许可”。正式申请时间最快可缩减至7个工作日。

Foreign high-end talents (Category A) applying for work permit and residence permit in Shanghai for the first time may fill in relevant information and electronically upload required documents on the “Government Online-Offline Shanghai” for simultaneous a first examination by the administrators. After the first examination is passed, the time and outlet to submit a formal application of both affairs offline can be chosen. Upon approval, the Foreigner’s Work Permit and the Foreigner’s Residence Permit will be issued simultaneously. After the paper documents are accepted offline at the windows, the examination and approval period can be shortened to seven working days.
