为进一步做好本市外国人来华工作的管理与服务，上海市科委（市外专局）于近期发布了“不见面”审批（4.0版）和《外籍人才薪酬购付汇FAST PASS办事指南》等文件，为确保各用人单位及时掌握外国人来沪工作最新相关政策，拟定于2021年4月8日（星期四）下午14:00在上海市研发公共服务平台管理中心（上海市外国人来华工作服务中心）举办外国人来华工作许可政策培训会。

解读内容：不见面审批（4.0版）大力吸引外国人才等有关事项政策解读；外籍人才薪酬购付汇FAST PASS办事指南政策解读；中国银行跨境金融对企业员工的便民服务。

Notice of the Training on Policies on Foreigner’s Work Permit in China

To whom it may concern,

To further improve the management of and service for foreigners working in Shanghai, the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (Shanghai Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) has recently issued theOnline Approval for Foreigner’s Work Permit in China (Version 4.0), the Guide to Fast Pass on Foreign Talents Remuneration Foreign Exchange, and some other related policies. To ensure that all employers stay abreast of the latest policies concerning foreigners working in Shanghai, it is planned that a training session on policies on foreigner’s work permit in China will be held at the Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform (Shanghai Service Center for Foreigners Working in China) on April 8, 2021.

The session covers interpretation of policies, including matters related toOnline Approval (Version 4.0) to vigorously attract foreign talents, and Guide to Fast Pass on Foreign Talents Remuneration Foreign Exchange, and introduction of how cross-border finance of Bank of China provides convenient services for corporate employees.
