    岗位职责：
    1.Define chemistry project team objectives, timelines, and work plans.

    2.Design compounds based on SAR, and have them synthesized and evaluated.

    3.Identify and solve synthetic and medicinal chemistry problems to advance the project.

    4.Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and discuss regularly with the team, the client and supervisor in regards to status of projects, potential issues and plans.

    任职资格：
    1.Ph.D. in organic chemistry.

    2.2-3 years of Pharm industrial experience degree is a plus.

    3.Thorough knowledge of synthetic organic/medicinal chemistry, demonstrated expertise in organic synthesis, chromatographic purification methods, and compound characterization using modern analytical techniques (NMR, MS, HPLC, etc.).

    4.Proven track record of scientific achievement through publications and patents.

    5.Good verbal and written communication in English.

    6.Demonstrated leadership with teamwork spirit.

    7.Show a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.

    8.Able to make reasonable judgment under a pressure and in a complex circumstance.

    9.Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.

招聘职位
    Director of Analytical Chemistry, Core Analytical Services

    工作地点：
    China -- Shanghai / Tianjin / Wuhan

    岗位职责：
    1.Plan and manage expenses, head count and instrument resources to ensure efficiency and quality of analytical team of the site, in line with the strategy and target of entire Core Analytical Services (CAS) business unit at Shanghai, Tianjin and Wuhan.

    2.Develop/build a top-notch analytical/purification research and development team including planning, recruiting/hiring, coaching/mentoring, leadership training for staff and managers, providing technical guidance and evaluating new technologies in the field to enhance capabilities.

    3.Closely communicate/work with chemistry teams to provide high quality analytical/purification services needed for various drug discovery and development projects.

    4.Share/learn good practices, workflows and instrument recourses among three sites at Shanghai, Tianjin and Wuhan to assist business unit head to continuously improve quality and efficiency of services provided at entire analytical team.

    5.Play a leading role in project management, prepare, review and approve quotes or proposals, supervise teams to ensure completion of all projects with highest quality and within the desired timelines and budget. Assist chemistry managers to address any analytical issues clients may have.

    6.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    任职资格：
    1.PhD in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, natural product chemistry or related field with 5–8 years experience Or MS with 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry.

    2.Working experience in pharmaceutical CRO is preferred.

    3.Excellent managerial experience in both people and scientific projects are required.

    4.Solid knowledge on principle and application of analytical HPLC, LCMS, preparative HPLC, NMR and SFC. In depth knowledge on ICH and FDA requirements. Hands-on experience on impurity/degradants/metabolite isolation and identification by multidisciplinary techniques including LCMS, prep-SFC, prep-HPLC and 1D/2D NMR is a plus.

    5.Deep understanding on overall workflow of drug discovery and development.

    6.Demonstrated strength in solving complex scientific problems. Able to multi-task.

    7.Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English, and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential job requirements
