Shanghai Lujiazui Financial City Authority (hereinafter "Authority") was authorized by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.; according to relevant regulations of National People's Congress, established by the government of Shanghai Pudong New Area, with the qualification of independent legal entity.

As a statutory and service Authority, the Authority is to implement and coordinate the public affairs through enterprization and professional operation within Lujiazui Financial City (Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone); therefore, to organize and implement related matters, to explore a more dynamic, open, and efficient system, in order to advance innovations in a number of fields such as finance, trading, and shipping, as well as playing an important role in the construction of Shanghai ‘Four Centers’ core area.

The main responsibilities of the Authority include: responsible for researching the development strategies of the Financial City, formulating and implementing the development plan as well as annual plan; responsible for economic development and promotion of investment in the Financial City, managing related resources; promoting the development in various high-level fields including finance, shipping, and trade; promoting the optimization of ecological chain of industry within financial sector; linking financial institutions in the region, and keeping close contact with the participants of financial market; encouraging the various elements of markets and financial institutions of Financial City to innovate products, businesses and regulations; promoting the innovation of government’s financial reforms in the Financial City; responsible for leading the implementation of environment optimization project include commerce, transportation, landscape, culture, information, technology, etc.; responsible for the operation of the Financial City Authority Funds; carrying out the industrial development policy and the relevant supporting policies; responsible for the enterprise and talent service in the region; responsible for the foreign cooperation and communication within Financial City to promote the brand of Lujiazui Financial City; responsible for cooperating with the related parties to advance the economy of building, new emerging industries of finance and the construction of information service platform, offering support for interchange of financial supervision information and public credit information, and strengthening the supervision in advance, in process and afterwards; and assisting in the financial regulators and local financial services departments to strengthen the financial risk prevention system ,etc.

According to the requirement of Authority, the following positions are open for public.
Positions:
(1)Job title: Deputy Director of the Financial City Authority
Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for leading the research of key industries like financial research, meanwhile concerning about business model and situation within the leading industry's companies, taking innovations and enterprise’s services in the Authority.
2.Responsible for the organization and leadership works which bringing and service licensed financial institutions, exchanges, other financial markets, and shipping agencies, coordinating to promote reforms the financial services and open to the public.
3.According to the Authority's operational objectives, making investment of promotion strategies, basing on progress of actual business, timely adjustment of policies, and scheduled task of supervision.
4.Responsible for the coordination and implementation within regional economic development, so as to promote investment, leading potential customer or strategic engagement, promotion and implementation, also including access to partners, the project's marketing promotion, the establishment of the project team, etc.
5.Supporting the branding work, including Sharon, statements, articles, forums, speeches, media releases, organizing Chamber of Commerce, to build up brand image.
6.Responsible for the party construction work, and assisting other administrative services.
Job requirements:
1. Education background; bachelor degree (full-time) or above
2.Professional Knowledge; be familiar with national macroeconomic policies, and city/district economic policies, and city/district industry development policies; be familiar with national of industry development situation, and industry trends, and future trend; be familiar with advantages of region, and industry -based, resources status and marketing etc.; having a strong ability about organization, communication and coordination; having dedicated spirit, can under the high strength work.
3.Working experience: above 15 years relevant working experience (including 8 years management experience).

(2)Job title: Deputy Director of the Financial City Authority
Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for daily operations of the Authority, helping the Authority to arrange the daily meetings, events, coordinating the members of the Authority’s communication and other administrative services, in order to maintain the normal operation in the Authority.
2.Responsible for directing the development of branding, promoting marketing strategies, combining with the actual situation, to adjust strategies, to oversee the implementation and completion of the task. To organize international promotion activities, in order to build up relationship with overseas enterprises, to strengthen communication with the main economic centers from all over the world, to strengthen overseas influence of the financial city.
3.Responsible for coordinating industry development, environment optimization and services, coordinating, promoting, and monitoring, in order to create a favorable environment for regional development.
4.Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing transportation and the public spaces such as supporting items in the financial city to improve the environment. Leaders are responsible for the construction of public cultural and promoting the development of regional culture.
5.Help to promote the economic development in the region

(3)Job title: Director of the Office
Responsibilities:

1,Responsible for the development of the party, leading and guiding the work of supervision and the union. Moreover, guiding policies and special topic to research; to audit internally comprehensive materials; it is responsible for confidential work; to guide conference, reception, travel arrangements and other matters.
2.Responsible for the personnel system of the Authority including human resources planning, recruitment, jobs, staffing, evaluation, motivation and promotion of cadres, and training; to response to support the people are settled in the enterprise.
3.Responsible for guiding to audit the internal contract and government information services. Responsible for fixed asset management of Authority; responsible for the daily management of the investment base; to take government procurement and bid management.
4.Responsible for managing the overall informatization and network, to establish actively external partners in order to enhance the ability of overall information technology.
5.Responsible for leading and planning financial works.
6.Responsible for the logistical works.
Job requirements:
1.Education background; bachelor degree (full-time) or above
2.Professional Knowledge; be familiar with secretary of government, conference reception, and confidential administrative work. Be familiar with fixed asset management, property management, procurement management and logistics management. Be familiar with knowledge of internal auditing, information systems, human resources management.
3.Working experience: above 10 years old relevant working experience (at least 5 years managerial experience)

(4)Job title: Deputy Director of the Office
Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for directing publicities of the party, launching the construction of spiritual civilization; to response promoting honest; compiling work plans, to summary reports and related documents of the Party Committee.
2.Responsible for leading financial Authority’s the preparation of strategies, to organize and carry out research on various subjects; drafting related documents, newsletter editor, and preparing meeting materials.

Responsibility:

1.Responsible for regional economic development and investment promotion, seeking the potential key accounts like Central enterprises, Multi-National Corporation regional headquarters, large domestic enterprises, key private enterprise headquarters, etc. Understand customer needs and negotiate for cooperation, attract enterprises to settle down in Lujiazui.

(6)Job Title:Director-Department of Financial and Shipping Service (Innovation Industry Development)
Responsibility:

1.Responsible for bringing and serving the financial markets and shipping institutions like licensed financial institutions, stock exchanges,etc.
Contact with the Shanghai office of Central Bank, CBRC, CSRC and CIRC. Get close relationship with the institutions of financial markets and promote the reform and development of financial service industry.
2.Responsible for bringing、cultivating and serving the internet finance、private equity fund、asset management、wealth management institutions, etc
3.Organize industrial analysis meeting, advising the optimization for the regional industry, research for the corporate service, for guiding the investment promotion practice.

Responsibility:

1.Responsible for the whole negotiation and settle process of Enterprise, according to the investment strategy and plan,seeking the potential key accounts of the financial markets, such as licensed financial institutions, exchanges, as well as the shipping agencies. Understand customer needs and negotiate for cooperation.
