2025年将迎来中国博士后制度实施40周年。作为这一制度的倡导者和奠基人，李政道先生所倡导的“科研自主、开放合作”的理念，深刻塑造了我国高层次科技人才的培养体系与发展路径。为纪念这一具有里程碑意义的历史时刻，李政道研究所将于2025年9月24日至26日举办“‘李政道先生与上海’——上海市实施博士后制度40周年系列纪念活动暨物理学与天文学博士后论坛”。本次活动旨在打造高水平的国际学术交流平台，推动学科交叉与前沿创新，汇聚全球优秀青年学者，共同探索科研未来的新方向与新可能。

2025 marks the 40th anniversary of China’s postdoctoral system. Dr. Tsung-Dao Lee, a key founder of the system, has greatly shaped the training of top scientists in China.

To celebrate this milestone, Tsung-Dao Lee Institute will hold an event entitled "Dr. Tsung-Dao Lee and Shanghai"—Celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the Postdoctoral System & 2025 Postdoctoral Frontier Symposium in Physics and Astronomy” from September 24–26, 2025. The event will provide an international platform for exchange, encourage interdisciplinary cooperation, and bring together young talents from around the world to discuss future research directions.
